Our weekend was horrible. Andrew woke up Saturday morning with the stomach bug that Hen had had earlier in the week. Not sure how they share illnesses when they have little contact daily!!! So Hen and I loaded up and went to Chik fil A for breakfast. We came home, Hen took a nap and I got our pool set up. Henry and I enjoyed some outside time until my cell phone died. It turned itself off and then wouldn't turn back on. Panic attack!!! Off to Best Buy we now go, I needed to go anyways to get a cover for the iPad so it worked out great and they got my phone functioning again. We stopped and got a pizza on the way home. At this point we all needed a nap so Andrew was in our bed, me in the spare and Henry in his. We finished the night with watching Lady and the Tramp!!!!!
Sunday Andrew felt much better so we all enjoyed some outside time and fun at the park.
Hoping our week is better. Looking forward to our trip to Dallas!

Thursday Thoughts
* Longest day I have had in a long time!!!!!
* Hen was sick all night so I got no sleep. Thankful we have no plans this weekend.
* The NFL draft started today so hubby will be busy with that for few days.
* We are so ready for consistent warm weather.
* Hoping to have some friend time this weekend, family time involving water and some new recipes!!!,
* I have decided to transfer my JL membership and got that all lined up today, hope I enjoy it.
* I have a BIG surprise planned for hubby for Father's Day/ birthday. Just have to get a few things finalized.
* I never thought I would love the iPad as much as I have. Good job Drew!!
* We are headed to Dallas/Canton next weekend. Excited to do some shopping!

NOLA 2013
We had the time of our lives. We had a motto for our trip but I can't share it due to explicits! We laughed, ate, watched TV, gambled and slept. It was perfect!
1. Waiting to meet up with the other party animals in Dallas

3 & 4. A quick ride to the casino, funniest bike ride ever!
5. Jackson Square, such a nice day
6. Lunch outside at a brewery
7. Crazy casual night on Bourbon. The weather was freezing hence our horrible outfits!
8. Pat O'Brien's, I think someone had had too much to drink!
9. Lunch the last full day
10. Some of the last drinks in New Orleans!
I am already ready for another vacation. We had a blast and can't wait til our trip next year! I survived leaving Hen for the first time and already have plans to leave him again! Who would have thought!!!!!

Quick update
* life has been super busy, but a blast!!!!!!
*Andrew and I had a blast in New Orleans with our friends The Bakers, we ate a lot, drank some and laughed non stop. A post will come soon, with pics!
* Henry and I just returned from a trip to Dallas with my whole fam except Andrew! It was amazing, and I am so glad to be able to go on these trips to make up for lost time while we were in MN!
* I am making this blog post from the newest IPad!!!! My husband is amazing and surprised me with it for an early Mother's Day!! I better get busy planning his Father's Day!
* Andrew is going hunting this weekend and Hen and I are staying here and I cannot wait. Being home 2 weekends in a row will be amazing!!!
* Hen is days away from taking his first steps! It's about time! I am ready, but then again I'm not. My baby is growing up way too fast.
